My focus is to gain some weight about +12 more lbs, however i got some concern with my belly, especially around the side of my tummy. Should i start put in some cardio exercise now or later? After i reach my "ideal" weight? seems my belly getting flabbier n i hate it!! plz help.

Many people feel doing 8-15 minutes of HIT cardio after lifting can aid in keeping excess fat from building during a bulk, but it's inevitable that you will gain some fat during a bulking phase.
If you want to gain the 12 lbs I'd say do a clean bulk, meaning get your diet in check with the proper caloric intake and proper foods, and once you've reached your weight goal start a cut.
If you are just starting out the best supplement to focus on is your diet. Use the nutrition section of this forum, more specifically the stickies at the top of that page, and fitday.com to plan your daily eating habits.
Good luck!
