hard gainer 15 yrs old 6ft 1 and 156lbs - Saturday, May 26, 2007 3:22 PM ( #1 )
I'm trying to get stronger and bulk up, not on a weight gainer yet but eating loads of eggs ham and cheese, fairly strong for my age and build, recently started workin out properly at school gym 3 times a week. have been doing bicep curls for at least a year now but lightly (only 44lbs each arm), what type of excersises shud i do and which foods are good to eat?
