hay just wondering how you know if you have gynocomasteia or not. im 20 and been working out for a year. i seem to have fatty tissue anround my pecks and just want to know if that will go away the more i work out my chest. thanks

Hi Valhalla,

If you suspect that you may have this condition, you should see a doctor, in order to have it appropriately diagnosed.

The reason I say this, is that in the past there have been males as young as 22, who thought that had gynaecomastia; yet really had breast cancer. With the risk (no matter how small) being there, I'd suggest seeking medical advice.
