is there any store where I can find hard grippers ??...I have grippers but I can do like 200 reps with it...I want harder ones

I live in montreal

incline bench press 160lbs 100reps
incline dumbells curl 100lbs 2 reps
stiff leg deadlift 220lbs 100reps

Look around, I got heavy duty ones I could barely get 10 on and most I can get 100s with...I couldn't tell you where...I was on the roas in California...
 
Just go into different sporting goods stores and try em out...

yeah, or just look em up online and u should be good
to find a good pair.

I have a pair of the ones TIHulk mentions.  AWESOME!  Truly the best grippers I've got.  And the 200 lbs ones are hard.  I cannot imagine doing anything more.  Better than anything you'll get at some Big 5 or other general store.

Do you train with these everyday whenever you feel like it or do you schedule the days when you actually use these?
