Hey ppl ive just started the Max OT workout. Starting out my bench max is 285 Squat max 500 dead lift 465. squat:365x6,405x6,455x5 Leg Press: 10-45lbs platesx6 3 sets leg curls:170x4, 170x4 calf raises:80x6, 105x6 45 degree calf raises:6-45lb platesx6, 8-45lb platesx6 3-7-08 just a max update my bench has gone up to 300 squat 530 my lifting partner has our routine shack attack is his name.
