im looking for a new creatine and green mag seems to be a good product to buy .... has anyone evertried if so let me know

im just finishing off the last of my mono and was just seeing if there was anything better, so your saying just to stick to normal mono

Yea pretty much. Nothing else has been proven to really be much better as far as results and mono is the best bang for your buck.

Green mag tastes so good. It's like candy. Plus it has 2g taurine, tyrosine, and 3 types of creatine. Good stuff.

Watch out for the mud butt though.

lol, even with a proper diet?

If you dont want all the extra stuff than mono is always cheap and easy.

Yeah it's because it has so much magnesium in there. That's why it's better to try taking a half scoop first, so you don't end up running to the bathroom during your workout.
