Wow, your strength is amazingly high. Namely your Deads! Great vid btw. You're doing great in all aspects. My only concern is glancing at 'Upright Rows' up there. You know how bad they are for your rotator cuff right? If ya don't believe me or if you don't believe google, ask smound, he'll tell you all about it. :p lol Take care. Edit: Also, your Deadlift puts me to shame. *envy* I'm not gonna be able to look at my 20kg plate+ 2x15kg plates + 10kg plate on each side for 6-8 reps the same again.
