Really like it. Works well. I've tried just the bar. Then those wrap pads.. I've seen people use a towel. It just fits me perfectly. Puts the weight up high so it's more on my quads and I use it pretty much every time I do squats. It's not used by many people. Out of all the people (few really) who do any leg work, I think I might be the only one who uses it. I find it all over the gym, behind this, that, and the other but I find it very helpful. So I give it good ratings personally. It just seems to fit my shoulders well and such.
