my roomie drinks those sometimes.   good stuff in them... but i dunno if it has the proper protein you need upon waking up in the morning.

Pumping the iron, moving the lead.  I hope all the attention I get doesn't go to my head.

Doesnt look good to me...It doesnt seem like enough food for a bulking breakfast and if youre cutting i would bet there is alot of sugar in it.  Id try to get something else in in the morning.

Looks like it is loaded with sugar, I would stay away from it, considering it is Nestle.

21 grams of sugar??? that's half of a can of Mountain dew soda.     wayyyyyyy too much sugar.   i would expect somewhere around 4 or 5 grams.. but 21?? haha, yea right.

it's probably not going to kill you if you drink it first thing in the morning, but it's definatly not going to help your cause

27g of carbs in the morning is fine IMO. However, I agree, the sugar is way too much.

you think 27 grams of carbs are bad boomer??

my normal bulking shake in the morning was over 90 grams of carbs.  55ish grams of protein.  minimal fat.
