I posted this in the 35 and older forum and got no burn so i put it here too.
 
 
 
 
i am 35 yrs old am 210 lbs.
a couple months ago i ran andro rx by ironmag labs for a month and got great results with no sides at all. (i posted a journal and a review on this forum)   I  used a natty test boast after and have lost no muscle mass and have even gained in strength after stopping use.  i have now started a run with cel h drol at 75 per day.  using cel [style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; color: blue! important; font-family: verdana; position: static"]liver support and half way through will add formex and finish post with formex and t 911.  i am halfway through my first week and already feel fuller.  i think this is gonna be great.  i will check in every week or 2 and keep u guys posted
 
pre workout   no shotgun
post op pro and [style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; color: blue! important; font-family: verdana; position: static"]glutamine
3 shakes a day
3 day a week full body for 2 weeks  then a mon tue  thur friday split for 2 and keep rotating
bench  305
leg press (no squats  no bars on this back)  700 lbs set of 3
really dont max shoulder press  185 for sets of 6
pull ups wieghted sets of 6 with 25 lbs
 
any comments or feedback are appreciated  positive or neg

You'll enjoy HDROL....I got amazing strength gains from it...and it's not as harsh as MDROL/superdrol....and a lot of others.

Formestane is converted to 4-oht, which is suppressive and it shouldn't be used in pct. Ai on cycle isn't needed for h-drol, it doesn't aromatize. You need to do more research on proper pct. Just because you got by on one cycle with a natty test booster doesn't mean it will work for another, 1-andro is quite weak. h-drol may be on of the mildest oral steroids but it can still cause complete shutdown after just 4 weeks.

You should also be using something for blood pressure, monitoring it on cycle, and limiting stims and preworkout supps. And you should be taking something for liver support as well, this is a c17a alkylated steroid after all.

sorry i thought i put it in my first one.  but i am taking cel cycle assist  and my wife is a nurse so we monitor my bp 3 times a week.  any other suggestions will be appreciated.  i will post next week.  week 2 starts mon july 20th

When should I use Formex?
Formex can be used anytime that you would like greatly increase your testosterone levels, decrease levels of estradiol, and increase athletic performance.

ON CYCLE:
It can be used on cycle to reduce the bloat associated with aromatizing compounds or to prevent estradiol-related gynecomastia. Formex can also be used in PCT to prevent valuable testosterone from converting to estradiol. It is important to understand that the dosing regimen for Formex is much different than traditional formestane. Since it lasts longer in the body, it requires less frequent doses. In studies of cycloalkyl ether derivatives of estradiol, researchers found that these highly lipophilic substances were capable of being stored in fat and create a time released effect. Other studies have shown that formestane given parenterally at a mere 250mg inhibited the activity of aromatase >85% for 2 weeks! Since Formex enters systemic circulation similarly to formestane given parenterally you can achieve maximal results without the use of transdermals or injectables.

BRIDGE:
One of the most effective uses for Formex is using it as a bridge between cycles. No need for a full, all out PCT between cycles, use Formex while recovering and prevent muscle wasting, while keeping libido elevated.

STANDALONE: Formex can be used as a standalone product to help maintain your gains throughout the year, decrease fat accumulation, keep you shredded for the summer, or give you the extra boost you need whether it be in the gym or the bedroom!

TRT: Formex can provide valuable protection against gynecomastia for those on TRT. The risk of gynecomastia while on TRT is greatly increased as the body adjusts to its surroundings by increasing circulating levels of CYP (aromatase) to combat the rapid rise in testosterone levels.

bp  125/79  so i     am happy with that.  am gonna wiegh myself friday.  feel full and have had an increase in strength a week and a half in.  no noticable sides.  gonna run 75 for my third week then 2 weeks at 100.  so far i enjoy it.  no lethargy yet.  libido is fine.  cant wait to see final results.

Ok week 3 at 75 and today was an interesting day.  As I stated earlier this weekend we had a 3 on 3 basketball tournament called gus macker.  And we won all 6 games agaisnt all players from 19 to 24 with college basketball experience.  So we won our brackts championship.  Take that Lance haha.  But seriously the week after these tournaments my lifts suck and I am just shot.  Today Tuesday July 28th was my first day lifting of a tue thur sat full body routine and I was really happy.  Bench was 225 x 12  250 x 10  265 x 6 and 275 x 5 and then dropped back to 225 for 12 more.  repped 250 two more times and 275 for 5 is the first time I did that.  Leg press I only did 3 sets cause they are still exhausted.  Monday i took my P.E. summer school classes on hikes doing hills and I was dying after playing this weekend. (yes kids fail physical education class in new york state)  I did 200 x 15  400 x 10 and 600 x 10 and I will be doing hills again.  On Thursday I will do all five sets and see if wieght and reps have gone up. Even bent rows and lat pull downs wieghts have gone up and military press has improved too.   Now I must say I have  never had a lift like this after playin in one of these tournaments.  I can def see a change in body comp and look forward to lifting again when fresh.  So far I am pleased with the product and will give more info next week.  Last 2 weeks I am running 100.
One last note  so far no joint pain or lethargy and I have eliminated pre workout supplements.  I know I kinda ramble and jump around but I am doin the best I can

Interstingly enough there is not one tournament in PA.    NY  Ohio  Indiana Arizona  New Mexico  illinois  west virginia wisconsin Michigan.  I think those are the Sites they play in.

Just wanted to check in and let you guys know I am still here.  BP is still low and resting heart rate is consistently between 57 and 60.  One side is i am thirtsty all the time!!!  And I am consuming a ton of water and G2 gatorade.   Bench up to 320.  Repped 300 for a set of 3 before I did that.  Leg press repped 700 for a set of 8.  So far I am still very happy with this product.  I have 20 days left.  (talked to a few people and am extending the left over h drol to a 7th week instead of just having it sit there).  Have our third gus macker and last tournament of the year this sat and sun.  So far we are two for two and looking to sweep the I 86 trifecta.  (the 3 tournaments that are run on I 86).

bench sets sat.    225 10  250  10  275  6  300  3   315 1  and dropped down to 250 immediatley and knocked out 10

leg press  200 20  300 20  400 20  500 10  600 8  700 6
 
shoulder press (machine)  240 for set of 3   when i started I couldn't even get this once.  repping now wieghts that I could only do once or twice.

weighted dips (50 lbs)  3 sets of 6

IMO very good results with a week left.  No noticable sides
bp still excellent

I took pics with my phone and sent them to my email and tried to put them on here but it didn't work.  If anyone can help me with this that would be great.

bench up to 340 and repping leg press at 700 lbs for sets of 10

weight  still at 220 to 222

Only thing I noticed here at the end are some sore joints.  Oh well I will take it

bench press max 340
leg press 900 lbs set of 3

Weight 222
 
Very happy
gained 12 lbs and still fit in same size waist pants and shorts :)
added 35 lbs to my bench max
and added 200 lbs to my leg press for a set of 3
Shoulder press  lat pulldown and rows all are at an all time high too
post cycle starts tomorrow.
I will check in a couple of weeks and let you know how PCT is going

Hey guys just wanted to update you on my pct.
Things are going very well.  My wieght is down from 222 to 216 but I attribute that to my work enviroment (physical Education Teacher) constantly moving and I don't have the option to eat the way I can eat during the summer (no work)
But that is still 6 lbs heavier than I started.  My wieght and reps have stayed the same.  Although i have not maxed out during my pct I would imagine that I am pretty close to what I was on cycle.  so I am very happy with results of the h drol and the maintanance of strength post cycle.
 
a bottle of t 911 and ran pct assist with it along another otc pct (can't think of the name off hand right now)  if you really want to know I will tell ya
going to run formex at 75 75 50 50 25 25 starting on sat.

Plan on cycling next summer (notice its easier to be consistent and really eat during the summer months)
