i am 35 yrs old am 210 lbs.
a couple months ago i ran andro rx by ironmag labs for a month and got great results with no sides at all.  used a natty test boast after and have lost no muscle mass and have even gained in strength after stopping use.  i have now started a run with cel h drol at 75 per day.  using cel liver support and half way through will add formex and finish post with formex and t 911.  i am halfway through my first week and already feel fuller.  i think this is gonna be great.  i will check in every week or 2 and keep u guys posted
 
pre workout   no shotgun
post op pro and glutamine
3 shakes a day
3 day a week full body for 2 weeks  then a mon tue  thur friday split for 2 and keep rotating
bench  305
leg press (no squats  no bars on this back)  700 lbs set of 3
really dont max shoulder press  185 for sets of 6
pull ups wieghted sets of 6 with 25 lbs
 
any comments or feedback are appreciated  positive or neg

Hollywood-not sure what you are after based on your post?    Seem to have some impressive lifts.    What are your goals?

I am just your average guy getting older still bustin his hump in the wieght room!  I am still very active in athletics and am just trying to keep getting stronger without messin myself up too much to keep up with these young guys.  You know what I am sayin.  My overall lift goals I don't have anything specific number wise.  I just want to gain a little size and continue to get my numbers up.  I will be half way through week 2 running 75 on wed.  I will post results after week 2.  I did bench 265 for a set of 6 on monday and 280 for a set of 4.  and on leg press stuck at 600 for 3 sets of 6.  So far I feel great.  A ton of energy.  Recovery is great and no sides as of yet.  I think when i am done with this run I am gonna take Cel post assist along with formex at 50 50 25 25 25 along with t 911 and then go completely clean for a while and see how the results last.  I am psyched someone replied.  I was beginning to think i was the only one in here!!!

Folks will reply to your posts but as mentioned yours was a little opened ended (no offense as it took me a while to catch on too) but it appears you are making good strides, keep it up.   Recovery is a big thing once you get around 35, gets really harder after 40 I can tell ya.

Are you doing anything for joint support? HDrol will give you dry lean muscles at the expense of your joints drying up too. You should be running Super cissus or MSM, Condrotian, Glucosamine, with a good fish oil. Joint pain will be at a minimum.

How about posting some body measures and diet or some pics to go along with this? I read your writeup on andro rx and, not meaning to dis or anything, but I felt the increase in lift poundages was small compared to the cost of the product + pct. I would have thought you could make those gains naturally in the same time for a lot less money. You also mentioned, and it looks like you have made strength gains after you stopped useage of the product. I would assume the product effects would have been out of your system.

Dont take me wrong though, im not trying to dis you or the product, just trying to make my own educated decisions on supplements to use while on a tight budget. Ive thought about trying several suppliments to help me, but I cant see spending the cost for what seems like little gains.

Now hdrol is quite a bit stronger isn't it? My concern isn't as much on increasing lifts as it is on increasing muscle size, hardness while decreasing bf  or holding bf to 12% or less. Not that im there yet, but my goals are to increase muscle size and eventually have single digit bf. 

Keep up the good work on the logs though. Without logs like this, and someone willing to try products, I would not be able to even come close to making a decision on suppliments.

bp  125/79  so i     am happy with that.    feel full and have had an increase in strength a week and a half in.  no noticable sides.  gonna run 75 for my third week then 2 weeks at 100.  so far i enjoy it.  no lethargy yet.  libido is fine.  cant wait to see final results. 
 
wieght is up to 215 which i am very happy with.  i usually sit right around 210. 

yeah the results with andro were minimal but i took the minimum dosage too.  i think results will be better with h drol. 
 
diet fresh fruit and protien for morning
turkey on whole wheat with fruit yogurt gronola bar usually some pretzels and protien shake. 
dinner is whatever the wife cooks lol she is pretty healthy too.  night snack  p b and j and a protien shake
 
creature of habit.  usually eat the same stuff every day.

my bench sets on wed were 225 12  250  8  265  6  275  3  285  3 and dropped set to 225 for 12. 
Leg press 200   20   300 15  400 10  500 10  600 6 700 3  750 3 and then dropped to 300 for a set of 30.  Now that sucked. 
 
That was my second of 3 full day workouts this week.
 
I have cut out pre work out supplements while I am taking this and I haven't done that in a while.  I was a little nervous I wouldn't have the same umph and stamina but I felt absolutely great throughout.  Fridays workout I am gonna see if I can go heavy for a third day.  I usually don't go heavy all three days but if I am gonna use this what the hell right??!!!  Then saturday and sunday I have a gus macker basketball tournament. 19 to 24 year old bracket with college experience.  Not sure how us old fellas got in that bracket but we will see whats up!!!  Me and another guy who is 35 and a 29 and a 24 year old.  I will let you know how we make out.
 
I am working on photos but haven't figured it out yet......  yeah i know i know.  If i don't get one up soon I will wait until this run is done.
 
So far no joint discomfort.  I think the 3 day a week helps with that.  Hope it lasts!!

Ok week 3 at 75 and today was an interesting day.  As I stated earlier this weekend we had a 3 on 3 basketball tournament called gus macker.  And we won all 6 games agaisnt all players from 19 to 24 with college basketball experience.  So we won our brackts championship.  Take that Lance haha.  But seriously the week after these tournaments my lifts suck and I am just shot.  Today Tuesday July 28th was my first day lifting of a tue thur sat full body routine and I was really happy.  Bench was 225 x 12  250 x 10  265 x 6 and 275 x 5 and then dropped back to 225 for 12 more.  repped 250 two more times and 275 for 5 is the first time I did that.  Leg press I only did 3 sets cause they are still exhausted.  Monday i took my P.E. summer school classes on hikes doing hills and I was dying after playing this weekend. (yes kids fail physical education class in new york state)  I did 200 x 15  400 x 10 and 600 x 10 and I will be doing hills again.  On Thursday I will do all five sets and see if wieght and reps have gone up. Even bent rows and lat pull downs wieghts have gone up and military press has improved too.   Now I must say I have  never had a lift like this after playin in one of these tournaments.  I can def see a change in body comp and look forward to lifting again when fresh.  So far I am pleased with the product and will give more info next week.  Last 2 weeks I am running 100.
One last note  so far no joint pain or lethargy and I have eliminated pre workout supplements.  I know I kinda ramble and jump around but I am doin the best I can.

I can honestly say so far I am very happy with this product. 
Today I flat benched 315 a personal best.  Would have tried more but the guy spotting me had to go.  Needless to say very fired up pushing up 3 plates on each side!!!!
Leg press stopped at 750 for a set of 3.  I did that before but my legs were shot.  Walking hills twice a day 3 days this week and doing an ellipitical session alternating from easy resistance to 20 yesterday I was fried!! 
Couple things i have noticed.  I am hungary all the time!!  Weight is up to almost 220.  I have increased calories but nothing huge. Still eating good and keeping beer consumption to bear minimum.
BP is good.  124 over 71 and resting hr was 60 and 57 this week.
Skin is a little oily.  might be from humidity though.  But with the results i am getting I don't care.
3 weeks left at 100.

Just wanted to check in and let you guys know I am still here.  BP is still low and resting heart rate is consistently between 57 and 60.  One side is i am thirtsty all the time!!!  And I am consuming a ton of water and G2 gatorade.   Bench up to 320.  Repped 300 for a set of 3 before I did that.  Leg press repped 700 for a set of 8.  So far I am still very happy with this product.  I have 20 days left.  (talked to a few people and am extending the left over h drol to a 7th week instead of just having it sit there).  Have our third gus macker and last tournament of the year this sat and sun.  So far we are two for two and looking to sweep the I 86 trifecta.  (the 3 tournaments that are run on I 86).

ha ha i hear ya.  we won olean macker too.  So we ended up 3 for 3 this summer!!  Took today off after pounding myself in 90 degree heat on the pavement this weekend.  Back to the wieghts Tomorrow!

bench sets sat.    225 10  250  10  275  6  300  3   315 1  and dropped down to 250 immediatley and knocked out 10

leg press  200 20  300 20  400 20  500 10  600 8  700 6
 
shoulder press (machine)  240 for set of 3   when i started I couldn't even get this once.  repping now wieghts that I could only do once or twice.

weighted dips (50 lbs)  3 sets of 6

IMO very good results with a week left.  No noticable sides
bp still excellent

bench press max 340
leg press 900 lbs set of 3

Weight 222
 
Very happy
gained 12 lbs and still fit in same size waist pants and shorts :)
added 35 lbs to my bench max
and added 200 lbs to my leg press for a set of 3
Shoulder press  lat pulldown and rows all are at an all time high too
post cycle starts tomorrow.
I will check in a couple of weeks and let you know how PCT is going

Hey guys just wanted to update you on my pct.
Things are going very well.  My wieght is down from 222 to 216 but I attribute that to my work enviroment (physical Education Teacher) constantly moving and I don't have the option to eat the way I can eat during the summer (no work)
But that is still 6 lbs heavier than I started.  My wieght and reps have stayed the same.  Although i have not maxed out during my pct I would imagine that I am pretty close to what I was on cycle.  so I am very happy with results of the h drol and the maintanance of strength post cycle.
 
a bottle of t 911 and ran pct assist with it along another otc pct (can't think of the name off hand right now)  if you really want to know I will tell ya
going to run formex at 75 75 50 50 25 25 starting on sat.
 
Thanks for you interest and feedback during my logs!!
Plan on cycling next summer (notice its easier to be consistent and really eat during the summer months)

They are on the rise everyday. Its a good product that will no longer be produced by CEL. They have decided to go Non-Hormonal from now on.
