i drink three of these shakes which come to about 3000 cals a day, i heard these are all good carbs as well 1-3 cups of low fat milk – 300 calories 1-2 cups of mixed berries – 200 calories 40-60 grams of protein powder – 160-240 calories 1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter – 200 calories is this an okay diet plus with some other small meals

That's a great recipe, but why three of them a day? (Although I submit that if you're drinking a lot of shakes a day, these are far preferable to protein shakes from powder ). Out of curiousity, do you ever add some ice before blending to make it a frosty shake?
