1- Get the Top 12 Report at:
http://www.beginning-bodybuilding.com

Why?  Becuase it will help you figure out how many calories a day you need plus protein and dispell some common myths.  Oh and it's a nice freebie that does have solid information in it.

2- Extra fat?  You need to burn the fat but keep the muscle.  You cannot target specific areas it must come from overall body loss.

3- Flat chest?  Then you need to work on building up your pectorial muscles to get a bigger chest.  Once you start to lose the fat overall (chest will lose fat too) and work on building overall muscle but chest as well, you will notice it's not as flat and doesn't have as much fat around it.

The solution is simple:  Lose the fat and build the muscle!

But it's not that easy.  You need a good nutrition program and a solid workout program that includes recovery and progressive resistance.

Grab a copy of the Top 12 Report and start reading that.  Then check out the forums here to find training options and some sample meal plans.

With a few lifestyle changes, you can easily make the changes you want.  It will take some time so don't be a short term or rushed mindset.
