goana try diet programe, Any good or not!!

Hi, im 16 11.2stone (156 pounds) 5ft10, 19%bf I am looking to bulk but as my bf is not that low i really don't want to put any more body fat on. I was looking on the maxi muscle site and have used on of there diet plans for around 2800 calories a day, Please take a look and tell me if you think this diet plan is any good, I am at the gym atleast 4days a week i try to get there 5times if possible. I work diffrent muscle each day normally do a little bit on the bike 20mins moderate pace after my weights work out.
