Hi, im 16 11.2stone (156 pounds) 5ft10, 19%bf

I am looking to bulk but as my bf is not that low i really don't want to put any more body fat on. I was looking on the maxi muscle site and have used on of there diet plans for around 2800 calories a day, Please take a look and tell me if you think this diet plan is any good, I am at the gym atleast 4days a week i try to get there 5times if possible. I work diffrent muscle each day normally do a little bit on the bike 20mins moderate pace after my weights work out. Thanks alot guys any help will be great!

breakfeast

shreaded wheat bitesize-  267calories/ protein9/ carbs 54 /fat 2 (in grams)

tuna steak in brine (tin)        156 cals/ protein 39/ carbs 0/ fat 1

snack
cashew nuts-      140 cals/protein 2/ carbs 1/ fat 14 (grams)

prograin              496cals/ 32 protein/carbs 68/ fat 10

Dinner
wholegrain bread 4slices             268cals/ protein 14/ carbs 46/ fat 4

skinless chicken breast (grilled)   151 cals/ protein 28/ carbs 0/ fat 4
