I read Tom Venuto's e-book and he recommended a program called goal genie to help you with your goals and affirmations. It looks like goal genie has been taken down and replaced with goal tiger; however, goal tiger has not been released yet.

Can anyone recommend some good goal software for me? Something that pops up your goal every 30 minutes so you can focus on it.

Software that makes you sometimes do high reps sometimes low reps to bring up your weak lifting ranges. It calculates 1RM and each workout is different.

A bit like periodisation meets muscle confusion principle but computer generated with an agenda and customised to you.

ebay has it cheaper.
