gnc creatine mono? - Monday, July 27, 2009 12:23 PM ( #1 )
i just went to gnc :[ and bought plain old creatine mono from there for 30 $$. it has 161 servings in it. What r your thoughts on this? i always hear ppl say that plain creatine mono is the way to go.

You got ripped. I got mine for like $10 at GNC.  Wonder what that's all about?

Anyway, creatine mono is the best way to go and it tastes just like kool aid until you get the sandy part at the end.

Creatine Mono is the most heavily studied form and the most proven. Right now there 19.99 for the one you bought at GNC. Next time just get the unflavored one, same price but 39 more servings.

Is that gritty stuff at the bottom the creatine itself?  I always make sure I swirl the glass/bottle around to make sure I get that down.
