glutamic acid vs. glutamine - Wednesday, July 26, 2006 5:51 AM
i know that glutamic acid is a precursor to glutamine, but is one more effective than the other bcus my old whey powder had 4.7g of glutamic acid and my new powder has 4.0 of glutamine. i havent been getting sore as much since i switched, is that just a coincidence or what?

thnx
