hey i recently purchased a new pair of gloves with wristwraps..im just wondering that by wearing them will they "weaken" my wrists in the long run? thxx

good question I don't think the gloves will but the straps may a little. I wear straps cause I can lift way more then my grip will allow i only use them on shrugs, bent over rows, and pull up's even I don't kow how strong you are but i say if you can grip your weight ok don't use them and just buy some gym gloves and straps seperate if you need too

unless your lifting really heavy, you shouldn't need to use wrist wraps, gloves in my opinion.
