giant sets? - Tuesday, October 13, 2009 9:34 PM ( #1 )
ok so giant sets   from what ive heard are 3 exercises  or 4 , for the same muscle , u do in one giant set back to back to back to back with a 1 minute rest in between for 3-5 sets?... while i still want to gain mass i need endurence and toning bad!  so.. i wanted to do this for my upper body and really wanna get stronger to.. would it be alright to lets say for chest.. start with like 3 sets of decently heavy bench press , db or BB , reps like 8-10 so that i can gain some strength and size , then  run thru a giant set of 4 exercises for chest right after or is that too much?

i also wanted to do the same for bi and tris , possibly shoulders... ive been bulky for awhile.. lost like 10 lbs actually without trying , not eating enuf i guess but i wanna get toned and stronger.. ahh , help , tell me the best way to approach these giant sets

THANKs!
