I have always had belly fat and fat around the bottom outside of my back. Even when i was in the army i had it, i could max my pt test but could not lose this darn stuff. after i got out the army i kinda let myself go. I went from 175 to 195 in four years. A 36 inch waist. Oh yeah im 5 foot 9 inches. Well i finally got my act together and have gotton my self down to 165 lbs. I lift weights 6 days a week ride a bike or run for 30 min 5 days a week. my diet usually consists of A bowl of low sugar ceral with 1% milk, about two hours later i drink a strawberry and protein shake smoothie, about two more hours later i drink a protein shake, Then i eat a tuna or turkey sandwich on wheat bread, then about two hours later i'll drink another protein skake. i get off work and start working out. after i work out i drink another strawberry and protein smoothie, then a couple hours later i'll eat dinner. after seven i dont eat anything else. It varies a little day day to day but this is basically it. It has worked great at getting me in shape i wear a 32 size pants, my strength is great, but im back to where i was when i got out the army, hell im even lighter then when i gat out but still the belly fat. im not looking to get huge but i really want to get rid of the fat around my mid section any help or tips would be great.

My advice is to try adding L-Arginine and Ornithine dietary supplements with your diet. University studies has shown that it's burns belly fat in mice and is a proven fat burner. Although there is a chance you may not have a completly flat stomach/abs it will reduce the bulge. Reseach has shown that many fat bellies are a result of family genes, so the best diet and exercise may not get you the six pack as effectively. mesotherapyi s one way you can target a fat belly if all else fails. Also start working on your legs more. This will increase muscle and burn fat. Source: Men's fitness Mag. 2006
