getting cut - Wednesday, December 28, 2005 8:37 PM
I was on this board earlier because I wanted to gain huge amounts of muscle and get big.  I started working out and I noticed some results but then I eventually fell out of it.  I want to start back up again, but this time I don't want to get huge at all... I am very thin (6'1 and 150 lbs) and I  have some definition but I just want to gain a little bit of muscle and focus on getting very cut while staying thin. What are things I can do to acheive this goal?  I was thinking of eating high protein meals about 4 times a day and exercising with medium weights.. but then again I am not too sure of it.  Any ideas?

I would eat 6 meals, 3 main, 3 protein snacks, with protein in each meal.
working with sets of 3-4 and reps at about 12 should do it.
It would help if you share your workout too....this would give me an idea on how to change things toward your goals and I can make a few suggestions.

Yeah what Italianangel said sounds great.  But if your cutting i would do alot of running or cardio mixed with weight training.  I never really had to cut much but it worked for me.  You say your 6 foot tall and 150 pounds?  I wouldn't over go it on the cutting.  Sounds to me like you could bulk up a little.  Then again i don't know too much about you.
