well i started weightlifting my sophmore year and went from 205 and entering my jr yr i weighed 155. during jr yr i lifted hard and focused more on geting big then the wieght loss. and got to about 165. but then my wrist got messd up at work 1 day and took about 3 months to heal , and over the summer i gained alot of wieght , i weight about 185 again. any advice or suggestions of what i should do to get back where i was. i just bought the biogentix kit. heard some good things about it so i wanted to give it a try. any1 have ne good results from it? what supps would u guys suggest , all replies are greatly aprecated
