http://www.dynamic-eleiko.com/products/shoesFR.html Expensive but the real deal. I would go with chucks. 40$ and you can wear them elsewhere besides the gym if you wanted to. Wrestling shoes are great as well but more expensive. I know a few people that wear track shoes without the spikes, I don't know how practical that would be. lol. There was a equipment section on this site before the redo. Damn, I didn't even realize that was gone and it is a lot more useful then half the other sections. RippedChick told us about these Adidas that are pretty sweet that were like 60-70$. Lemmie check on that.

Just run a search in google. There are a lot of online stores that carry them for about the same price.

Hey since we are on the subject of weightlifting gear i have a question: when is it time to invest in knee wraps? I feel like my squat is getting up there and im still making improvement weekly. However, i am starting to feel a little discomfort on the anterior portion of my left knee (patella tendon region) at the bottom of my squat movement. I also had osgoodschlaughters(sp?) disease in that knee when i was an early teenager. It is no longer painful, only mild stiffness on long car rides etc. any ideas? opinions? Is it time i start wrapping up my knees? Im not really interested in compititions but the last thing i want to do is severely injur myself.

theres nothing wrong with being safe and protecting ur knees. go ahead and wrap them now if you'd like. some people prefer to wrap the knees in their third set of warmup.

ok great. so do yall know what i should look for when purchasing knee wraps? Ive looked across the internet and they can vary greatly in price, length, etc. Id also prefer plain white ones (which seem to be of either lesser quality or not as durable) the striped ones are too flambouant and seem to be there only to attract attention...which i dont want to do.

Osgood-Schlatter's disease is mostly caused by the quadracep shortening and pulling on the patella ligament, tearing it off the bone. I have the same problem. Stretching will do you better than supports if that is your problem.

i used my inzer wrist wraps for the first time yesterday doing deads. i just used them on heavy sets. i wrapped them as tight as i could and it was awsome. i couldnt keep my fingers straightened, it was awsome and really helps from keeping the bar from rolling in the hand. good product.

Ok so I am hoping to order a set of bands, belt and wrist wraps, I am curious though on the wrist wraps from Inzer. They come in 12 20 or 36 inch versions, should I just snag the longest ones? I really don't know which are the proper ones, would use them while benching and some other things.

Jane I just got my belt. it's on. I had to put it together....i am wearing it as i type. Haha that's cool, I ordered mine tonight, I am sold on it after reading something about wearing a belt last week and using an inzer belt and squatting with 405 lbs, well at the top it was 405 bands made it lighter when I was on the box.
