A solid diet with protein, carbs and fat in 4-6 meals a day spaced out nicely.

You could have 3-4 "proper" meals and add in 1-2 protein shakes with nuts or oats inbetween.

Maybe creatine monohydrate or some sort of creatine ethyl ester (CEE) blend also, but only if you;re eating right.

I agree completely with Robboe...

You dont want to overload your young body with too many supplements that really arent going to do too much at this point.  You should definitely just make sure you are eating right, taking your whey protein, some amino acids and vitamins (Flintstone ones are tasty), and then maybe a creatine for a little extra help...

Then after you have some lifting experience behind you and you become closer to 18 then maybe venture out and try to find a supplement.
