Dude this is one of the most oft-asked questions around here....

Now first off, you need to as why you are in the atletic section asking this question, are you a boxer? a power lifter?

Basically to build mass, you need to keep your body in an anabolic state for as long as possible, without going catabolic. So in lehamns terms, you need to work out hard, rest well and eat plenty of clean calories in order to build mass.

As for your biceps, there are plenty of exercises to do, but they will grow better if you workout your whole body, not just that particular muscle group.

If you goal is to get bigger biceps and nothing else then you need to reassess. If you are already a 250 lbs animal who just wants to get a better peak, then try searchign the training forum...this bit is dedicated to athletic training which has a somewhat different aim to bodybuilding.

I`m a kickboxer , and I`m asking only about biceps , because at the moment , other muscles of my body are pretty buff, and the only thing that`s bothering me is my biceps , because I have very long arms (comapring with my height) and it`s really hard to gain some mass on them :) anyways thanx a lot....I`ll look around for tips in other sections...
