gain 8.4lbs

Ive just started getting into shape, only 8 days! Im 21 and im looking to build up some good muscle and get some good definition. Im quite wirey but have decent tone. I did a TANITA analyzer today at the gym and my results were: fat % : 9.3 fat mass : 11.61 lb FFM : 8st 0.6 lb TBW : 5st 12.4 lb BMI : 19.7 those are for a height of 5ft 6in and weight of 8st 12.2 lb it said i should aim to gain 8.41 lb. ive worked out from the newbie doc i need approx 2600calories and approx 128g of protein is this decent for achieving this goal, i know ive only just started but ive not gained a single pound yet (should that worry me at this stage). Also ive started following bodybuilding.coms S.A.I.S routine, any thoughts on this? I was advised to do heavier weights at less reps with plenty of rest since my motabolism is insanely fast! Any other tips on good nutrition and proper diet would be great.

sense your metabolism is so fast like me and if only if you cant get your recommended calories you should consider a weight gainer. u should consume 1 gram of protein per a 1lb of body weight. for example i weight 165 so i should consume at least 165 grams of protein. i assume you wanna build mass therefore, you should eat more calories than what u burn.

Well here is what i would do. It took me three months to gain 40 pounds of solid muscle cutting my body fat by 20 percent. So i know what i am talking about, but some people think i am crazy. To be healthy and regular guy at the gym 2600 calories would be alright. But your matabolism is on up there i am sure. Many guys have this problem. I was a heavy set guy when i started and being heavy i was skeptical about this approach because if it didnt work i would have became enormously fat. But it worked. 5500 calories a day. And yes that is alot of food. 8 meals a day. Eating every 2 hours until 7 oclock. Never eat after 7. Here is everything else 1) Do heavieir reps of 8 sets working one muscle group a day. 2) at the end of every workout, take a light weight and go to exhaustion. That means do as many reps as it takes until you have to have a sissy weight lifted of of you. 3) twitch muscle is the most important muscles to gain, so anything to help build twitch muscle. Lunges, jump rope, everything you do must be fast and explosive. 4) 400 g to 500 grams of protein a day (something with a multiple protein source and multiple vitamins and minerals) I use pro complex from gnc 5) pick up a bottle of super sport enzyme from gnc. This will make sure that your not just crapping out the protein you are taking. 6) I use leukic and gakic supplyments. But most supplyments will work if u do everything else. 7) run alot and i know that running sucks but lactic acid can not be in your muscles if u wish to gain weight. This acid will kill your gains and your body physically and emotionally as well. Good luck buddy i hope this helps you.

Well eating in a caloric surplus of 1555 calories will get you 40 pounds in 90 days! But that amount of protein...well anyway...

Well if you dont think it works, just try it and your pitty little goals will be shattered just like mine were. It is ok to be skeptical, you are 15 % body fat and 5ft 8. If you were taller this percent would be ok, but your not you are short. I promise if u tried this you would be 3% such as myself in a month or two but hey who is to say that you shouldnt do it slow. All i know is that it worked for me and yes 400 grams of protein.
Big guns and ripped abbs, all i care about is getting rid of the flab.
