melano Why do all of you have to be so ignorant I just really need help? It would be helpful if you would be a little more specific as why you feel you need to gain 2 pounds a day and have a 10,000 daily calorie diet? That just seems to be a little on the strange side..

Lots of KFC, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, those 3000 calorie DQ shakes. You'll be gaining 2 lbs of fat in no time.

2lbs of muscle per day I'm willing to say it impossilbe. 2lbs of fat per day I'm willing to say is extremely difficult. Be more specific about your questions though. The more detailed you are, the better we can help you.

Sorry, it's just not physically possible to gain 2 clean pounds a day. Just unrealistic if that's the goal. Two pounds of fat.....well, I guess it can be done but you would have to eat pure trash 24/7.....pretty dangerous actually...

I can't believe you people, I gained 22 pounds in 3 weeks the first week I gained about 12 lbs... thats damn near 2 lbs per day. It CAN be done but you gotta train hard, do all the right things and seriously stock up. I guess my secret was lots of food but ultimately 9 scoops of ONS WHEY protein daily.

That 12lbs will have consisted of water, food, excrement etc. Your muscles aren't capable of repairing to the point of having 5-10% more muscle mass within 1 week. And as for 9 scoops of whey, well you are just burning a hole in your pocket because your body isn't even going to be able to use that much, you're are literally pissing away your money, because you're pissing away half of that protein.

Depends, consistantly for life? Or just at a growth attack? If so, in a single week it is realistic for 5-8 pounds

randerson0398 what is a realistic clean gain that one could acheive? .5 lb per week? yes, that is a realistic clean mass gain.... up to around about 1 pound. much more "mass" than that weekly, would be FAT. The body just can't create that much muscle that fast.... it will just stash the extra away a fat for a raining day. Unless, well unless you are on steroids.

EQ can make a person hungry, some roids can also make you bloat, not ALL. DBOL and ADROL are big time bulkers but if you want my opinion, steroids are just extra boosts. EQ makes you hungry, increases blood levels (not good at times) BUT besides AAS, its all about hard training, water, and great diets and rest

NBSFighter AdamScott You'll have to spend everyday at P.F. Chang's Yeah, and your stool will have to be 10+ curicks LOL. I have been shooting for roughly 2 lbs a week. In 9 weeks I have gained 17 lbs, I am sure a portion of it is fat but the strength gains have been great, some of my weight is water weight too from creatine. Once I am done I will slow my gains down like hardway suggested and put some cardio in so I can try and improve my shape while hopefully slowly putting on mass and strength. The whole hunger thing with steroids would be interesting, when I workout and take my vitamins and supplements I am hungry like a beast, there is no quenching it, but I prefer that over my week off last week not hungry at all and feeling like a pansy.
