my would-have-been gf dumped me because of my optimism under the most depressing stupidest circumstances. no regrets though. we would'nt have made a good couple anyways.

My question is....

Why in hell would you need to gain 2lbs a day ?? Why for ??? Is gaining 2-3 a day not enough for you, do you really need a lightning bulk ? Do you know what this could mean to your health ? Are you aware that you will make the need of you digestive system to work at a pace it is not meant ot built to ??

Enough said

Roughly 3500 calories is 1 lb.
Take you BMR (basic metabolic rate) and add 7000 calories to it...
If you need 4000 calories *which I doubt* to keep your weight the same...add 7000 and you'll gain 2lbs a day.

On the other hand, since 1g of protein or carb is 4calories and 1g of fat is 9 calories. It would mean you'd have to eat 2 medium pizzas, 12 eggs, 1 full bread, 4 chicken breasts, fries, one whole bacon package and you would not even be close to BMR + 7000 calories...

Is that a better answer for you or not ?

LMAO!

everything is good info except the word "WHY".
if someone wants to do something, i dont see why everybody else wants to question logic behind it.

if ppl are gonna be coming up with dumb queries, then u can either give a suggestion or dont say anything.

As a PT, a human being and a fellow member, I believe it is legitimate to know WHY someone would want to risk his health.
If he has a super logic answer, I will be more than happy to help him with a super dooper diet.
