frustrated with progress! - Wednesday, March 28, 2007 3:39 PM ( #1 )
Its been a frustrating year and could use some solid advice. Everything was going well till last summer when a martial arts injury left me with a ruptured acl and double torn miniscus....well after being mis- diognosed for 3 months I had my reconstuctive surgury.  That was Nov 30th well no activity for 3 months left my 15lbs heavier and  my legs loose and flabby.
Well I have been back at it for the last 6wks.  I have lost 8lbs and really built my upper body back up...but am very limited on a lower body routine..  I lost all muscle tone in the repaired leg and gained much unwanted mass.
My diet is clean 1500 cal, 20gr fat, 130gr protien
Routine
Mon - chest/bi's
tue- tri/shoulder
wed- back/calves
thur- legs(mostly non weight bearing)
fri-sat start rotation again --
45-60min cardio every day
Cant slim down legs and haven't lost any weight in 3wks
any advice
