ive always wondered if by lifting weights with the correct form and a healthy diet whilst a teenager say from 13 + years you can increase the size of your bone structure :S ? may sound silly but i herd it somewhere

I've heard of chest expansion, but I think genetics is the main decider in your overall bone structure. I guess I could be wrong... IDK how but I'm sure in some small way I am.

it might make them healthier (denser) so you dont get osteoporosis doubt it makes it bigger.
