forearms get hit pretty well just by doing deadlifts and shrugs, heavy bb weighted lifts...i just do 3 sets of hammers and those. mine develop well with just that
bulking/strength training soon to begin bill starr's 5X5 current maxes: squats: 255 deadlifts: 300 bench: 185 oh press: 125 goals for jan 1: squats: 300 deadlifts: 350 bench: 210 oh pressL 145

what's the normal relation in proportion between forearms and arms? I have 14'' arms and 11'' forearms, and i think i have relatively big forearms

I think genetics play an important role... Some don't even have to work forearms, they get enought stimulation from all the other exercises.. while some can do hammers, wrist curls, every iso possible and they still seem to lag behind.. kinda like calfs do for some people..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

well right now i'm 162lbs, 6'0'' and around 12-14% bf.. i was at my best about a month ago 168 around 12%bf but since I sprained my ankle i haven't trained at all and i just eat and eat 'cause i don't have anything else to do lol and i've put on some fat, but i'm starting next week again :) although i benched on thursday (180lbs 1RM) it doesn't count as a training day So what are your stats?

yo it would be cool if we made like a competition or something, like who makes the best progress in six months, we post some pics now and in six month we post again with meassurements (sp?) of course and the loser will have to put in his sig "<winner's name> is better than me" for a week or something what da ya think?

i went and measured my forearms and my right is 13.25 and my left is 12.875. I only have a 15.5 or so arms as well...
