Ye my fore arms are quite big mainly due to lifting ny weight in the gym, if you pick up a sumbell you are kinda working your forearm and doing it constantly helped

well an if you need a good way to work out your forearms take a small bar tie a rope in the middle of it(cover knot in tape) and tie a 10lbs or 15lbs plate to the other end. then you just wind the rope up and then down with your arms extended in front of you.

The thing i don't understand is that my arms are 14" if im measuring right but they look much! bigger then yours, it doesnt make sense. and you guys may not like being tall and skinny but its not fun being 17 and only 5'4 lol.

I train my forearms 2x a week. my upper arms are 16 inches and my forearms are 13.25. my goal is to hit 15 inches by the end of the year. I train them as heavy as I can, curls and deadlifts wont give you the max results for them. If you want oak forearms you gotta train them and train them HARD

what helps for me is to false grip EVERY lift that i can. i.e. pull ups, dead lifts, rows, shurgs basically anything your pulling. iv also heard this called "monkey grip" u just hold the bar in your fingers and not ur hand. u does wonders for your grip strength and still hits ur forearms. :)
Determination...nuff said.
