Hi, i have been training for 2 years. In this recent month, my forearm will hurt when im doing bicep curl. initially its a sharp pain which will go off after awhile. i had stopped training and rested for 2 weeks or so. This is because my forearm will hurt even when i carry light objects, like carrying a bag. At first , it only my right forearm. Now it's both my forearm and my left arm will hurt more. I had googled about it and it's quite a common case. Is it due to straining or wrist or my forearm cant mange the weight during the curl. I heard that barbell with a bent is less taxing for forearm. However, my gym does not have the access to it :(. Oh ya, my forearm will not hurt when im doing hammer curl. Should i just stick to hammer curl and forget about normal curlling ? advise needed , thanks in advice :)

No one on here can tell you what you did and what you should do to fix it, if you have taken weeks off and it is still bothering you it's obviously not delayed onset muscle soreness and you should consult a physician.
