ok last year i made a stupid desicion to lose weight but i didn't eat the right foods basicaly only fruits and veggies that was it and everyday would burn lik an extra 1000cals no lie. thing is i did lose alot of weight but ALOT of muscle i was weak as hell. that lasted for a couple months. then christmas came and i started eating better foods not just fruits and veggies and i have continued to eat the proper foods and barely any junk food. thing is though since november i haven't had "my time of the month" im not complaining cause i hate it but who doesn't. but is it normal. i've been lifting heavy and i do play soccer but that hasn't really stopped it before.

ok.. i am not a woman, but have heard that if you really cut out food and fats and cals etc as a woman, you can miss your time of the month. female body builders and extreme female athletes have this all the time.

I can happen to women athletes when their body fat gets very low, called amenoreah....spelling may be off there, but anyway, it can also be other things so you should see the dr. Linda
