for teenage begginers - Friday, December 14, 2007 10:21 PM ( #1 )
Alright, ive been hitting the gym pretty hard for almost 2 years now....and ive realized something, at the age of 19 i realized, i am still growing and i NEED food and LOTS of it no matter what type (as long as its not fast food all the time)..

What im trying to say, those who want to gain muscle mass and size and see gains its really simple, just eat ANYTHING you see and as long as you lift HARD at the gym everyday your in there you will see results...trust me, i tried to go on All healthy diets type stuff loaded with supps and i was 155...When i decided to screw all that and just eat EVERYTHING (sometimes bad) and just lifted 100% at teh gym every time i went i gaiend 17 pounds within about 5 months...Finally i am starting to see good results and am gettign excited about my physique.....But i didnt get here from diets and supps, all i do now is eat anything i can (minus fast food and candy and chips and just junk) and drink lots and lots of protein shakes (only supp i use) OH and at least 7-8 hjours of sleep a night

Just wanted to give the heads up to teenagers who are lifting and probably like me and want to put on some good size. Trust me on this and just save your $...Give it a try for a few months, dont like it? then you can go back to NO-Xplode and Creatine and NOS MAX yadda adyadda

It depends on your body type, if people were to do that they should monitor their bodyfat levels regularly.

yea like said it really does depend on your bodytype, there are a few members on here that if they ate like you they would blow up like a balloon, in a bad way.  Also creatine and supplements have their place and can be very beneficial if used correctly.  Creatine has been proven safe and monohydrate is like 15 bucks for a kilogram of it, not exactly expensive...  As for you you taking lots of lots of shakes thats not as good as eating protien rich foods, you'll actually get better gains with real food over a shake.
