a few tricks i'v picked up or heard. I'm open to correction on any, and of course add ur own if u can 1. ur body takes time to realise that its full. take advantage of this by eating quickly. I read that people who eat slower eat on average 90 cals less per meal. so EAT EAT EAT before ur body realises you're full. 2. Eating is an experience. ur body has to register the food. If u eat without paying attention, or while distracted, ur body doesnt fully register that u'v eaten. so eat while watching ur fav tv show or watever. 3. Chew gum straight after meals. I have no medical evidence here, but from my experience, after a meal wen i chew gum, i get hungrier quicker.
After a few months: Weight: 177lbs 6 reps Deadlift: 300lbs Squat: 240lbs Bench: on hold. Rotator cuff injury

Just gradually increase your calories, you're as some people say "stretching" your stomach. You'll definitely need to eat until your full when bulking. I can eat all day long personally, it's cutting I have trouble with.

gmcdrum a few tricks i'v picked up or heard. I'm open to correction on any, and of course add ur own if u can 1. ur body takes time to realise that its full. take advantage of this by eating quickly. I read that people who eat slower eat on average 90 cals less per meal. so EAT EAT EAT before ur body realises you're full. This is a bad idea from a health perspective. The quicker you eat, the less you chew, and the less broken down your food is, the more it disrupts the digestion process. 2. Eating is an experience. ur body has to register the food. If u eat without paying attention, or while distracted, ur body doesnt fully register that u'v eaten. so eat while watching ur fav tv show or watever. Again, bad for your digestive system. The best situation to eat is at a table with no distractions. Outside stressors, such as TV, interfere with the digestion process in a negative way. If you must watch TV while you eat, comedy shows or anything more relaxing is your best bet. 3. Chew gum straight after meals. I have no medical evidence here, but from my experience, after a meal wen i chew gum, i get hungrier quicker. Never heard of this, but if it works for you, then by all means continue doing it. Personally, I have no trouble eating in excess as long as I choose calorically dense foods (especially fats). And if I still feel like i haven't had enough, throw some oats, whole milk, whey, flaxseed meal, honey, fruit, or whatever else I have on hand into a blender for a quick 1000 calorie meal.

Just smoke a bowl and go at it. I just toked a little bit this morning and devoured a bunch of soybeans, 3 eggs, and a can of tuna with mayo. of course over 2 hours, still a lot though.

My problem with not eating enough never came from lack of appetite or being able to fit food, its more along the lines of putting in the effort to prepare meals or taking the time to eat. When I lift I have an appetite like a monster. Stop lifting I lose my appetite real fast.
