Hello all, Anyone of you have any expierence with people getting general foot pain when using weighted calve raises? Its been mentioned to me recently and I didnt have an answer, thought id see if anyone has came across it. I assumed just too much weight for their feet and they need to drop down a few weights and start again untill their feet can support it? Cheers al

I just recently experienced this. I get a sharp (feels almost like an electric current) shooting pain in the arch of my foot. It just happened to me a week ago. I actually dropped weight (from 300lbs to 165-215). I had to skip calve raises this week becuase now it hurts if I just do body weight. Should I lay off the calf raises for a while? any advice on how to get back to doing calf raises
