ok i have a question i had a pretty  hard workout today am pretty happy about it the problem i feel i have is my appettite is'nt what it normally is after workin out i only eat half of  what i normallly eat do you think that's gonna be a problem

you need enough food each day (good clean food that is) to not only grow and become stronger, but give you the energy to keep chugging along.

So maybe try eating 5-6 smaller meals a day, instead of the usual 3 bigger ones ...

I think every one at one point in time really feels like skipping or cutting down a meal. But I think you should just tough it out eat it all!
