on the other end of the spectrum, how much of a difference is there between your guys' flexed bicep and non-flexed.

I havent meaured mine, im guessing my biceps are pretty big though, for my size atleast.

The difference between my flexed and unflexed is about 2 inches. How bout you guys. I also fell withing the majority on the poll.
P.S. DaMann that was a tough loss to USC tonight. It was a very close game.

mine has about 1 1/2"-2" change too, depends if its cold, or pumped, when pumped my arm can get over the 15.5, but when dry or only slightly pumped it stays in the 14-15" region

Odd, i am right handed my left bicep measures in at 13.75, and the right 13.25... and right is stronger... when pumped i can hit 22"... i'm special

my friends arm is 12 inches... the bicep peaks like an inch and a bit above the arm, so it looks fairly large... but its only 12"... i think he lacks tricep

My forearms are 11.5" and my biceps are 12" which is sort of funny.
