 flexed arm hang

flexed arm hang - Sunday, September 26, 2004 10:32 PM
alright i was gonna go for the flexed arm hang record at our school which si 98.7 seconds or something like that even though i just started weigh lifting i think i have a chance but any tips how to get better before i try cause i dont want to try it and not do it cause when you go for a record everyone in the class watches you

Don't let go or else they will all make fun of you.

I think the best thing to do would just to practice chinups, close grip and wide grip. This will strengthen the muslce needed for that type of movement.
