EFA's (fish oils) are good for many bodily purposes.  Primarily in our forum we focus on it's heart health, and hormone balancing effects.  It is good to take, but not all fish oil supps are the same.  They should be from wild caught, and preferably from cold water.
I am assuming that you meant glutamine, so I will tell you that it is the most abundant amino acid in the body, but the body cannot make it, so you must ingest it from food/supps.  I have found it to be a very good energiser that enables me to go through fasts and have good energy levels.  Most stressfull activities deplete you glutamine stores, so supplementing with it if you are training may help if your diet is not solid.
