I damaged my arms so bad a couple weeks ago I had to keep them bent at a right angle for a week and a half and was unable to straighten them. Quit whining.

I dont think its a change of routine that you need, its a change in attitude.  By the sounds of it i doubt that you are cut out for it !  do you think i got as big as i have by whining ? Some people are, some people aren't

We have all experienced something like this.  The first day you lift anything your gonna feel it.  The first day I tried deadlifts, I could not get up for 2 days, and was soar for a week

LOL, this kinda thing happens with everyones first time of lifting, or doing something the body isnt used to, it will go away once your body gets accustomed to lifting

I've had that too - it's horrible. Try wiping your backside.

Try this for your biceps

warm up- 40lbs 10reps x 3 sets
load bearing- 50 3reps x 2 sets
lift - 60 lbs 6reps x 3 sets

Rest one day and if your in pain, do it on the second day after and stretch it out.

I currently:
warm up-  70lbs 10x3
load bearing- 90x3x1, 100x3x1
train at- 110x6x3

proper warm up will save you some pain.

Yeh that was a nightmare, you have to twist, get a quick wipe and then do it again.

It's funny you should mention this. 6 months ago when I first started to workout again I had the exact same pain in the middle of my arm just below the bicep. I didn't stretch and went hard. I even did 3 sets of negative curls.

The next day I could open my arms without terrible pain. Good lesson, if you are coming back after a long break take it slowwww.

The pain will go away soon. It took about a week for the pain to finally subside.
