now, he's almost 300 pounds and benches around 600

there's actaully a guy that goes to tennessee now that went to our high school rivals school, and he just benched 645 the other day. jacques mclendon

From what I remember, if you do the knee raises and lift your ass and lower back during the movement, you will hit your abs alot better.

Nice physique as always jon!

By the way, I am a Denver Nuggets fanatic. Iverson is the best player in my point of view. It sucks they lost badly to the Lakers last playoff with no sign of fighting back.

No Rodman fans?

Jon, your abs look a little flat, and your obliques look underdeveloped compared to the rest of your body.

Try doing some mass exercises for your obleques and you'll see more definition in your abs.

rofl... what?   why? that seems like an extremely poor excuse.

not trying to bash you, great work so far, but there's thing you could do to tweak the tum tum and make it look MUCH better.

gettin' larger obliques shouldn't raise your waist size much, if at all.     we're not talking about your hips here, we're talking about your abdominal area.  who wears their pants up above their belly button anyways?

Do them in sets of fifteen and that won't be a problem.

You could even do sets of five and I doubt it would be a problem.

Look at it like this, the bigger your obleques get, the more your fat has to be spread out.  Which basically means your abs are going to pop out more.

My fault, I meant to say Dead Lifts will increase your waist, because of the muscles in your lower back getting bigger and spreading out and making your lower back wider as well.

Your internal/external obliques are used for rotation, so doing cable rotation would work very well.  For example if you are doing a rotation to the right your right internal and left external obliques are being used heavily.  Obviously the opposite for a left rotation.
