Please, the hornets got James right? Game on. CP3 for MVP of the league and the NBA Finals.

Nice physique as always jon! By the way, I am a Denver Nuggets fanatic. Iverson is the best player in my point of view. It sucks they lost badly to the Lakers last playoff with no sign of fighting back.

No Rodman fans? Jon, your abs look a little flat, and your obliques look underdeveloped compared to the rest of your body. Try doing some mass exercises for your obleques and you'll see more definition in your abs.

ORIGINAL: jonb112303 i dont do any oblique exercises because i dont want a big waist rofl... what? why? that seems like an extremely poor excuse. not trying to bash you, great work so far, but there's thing you could do to tweak the tum tum and make it look MUCH better. gettin' larger obliques shouldn't raise your waist size much, if at all. we're not talking about your hips here, we're talking about your abdominal area. who wears their pants up above their belly button anyways?

You could even do sets of five and I doubt it would be a problem. Look at it like this, the bigger your obleques get, the more your fat has to be spread out. Which basically means your abs are going to pop out more.

Your internal/external obliques are used for rotation, so doing cable rotation would work very well. For example if you are doing a rotation to the right your right internal and left external obliques are being used heavily. Obviously the opposite for a left rotation.
