thanks for the kind words guys...i know my weak spots are my chest and triceps for sure, ill post some pics of them soon, legs and abs too

thanks da and sergiu, ive got some work to do on chest and triceps especially and some general mass to put on. once i figure out how to get a good pic of my legs ill throw one up too. from the pics that i do have up, can anyone estimate bodyfat? ive never actually taken it or figured it out before. thanks again

just looking at this now, definitely good work on the back. i would agree with DA more though about the bf. if i had to gues i'd say 12-13%, u dont have much side fat which is good but at 10% ur abs would be showing more

yeah, my lats have been continuing to grow a lot since those pics. yeah, my abs havent ever come in that great, most ive had is 5 haha. i usually have 4 visible abs, that pic might not be great cause of focus or lighting, etc. i tend to think im somewhere betwen 10-13 too, i was frnakly surprised people said 10 or lower. either way, im like 4-5 lbs heavier now with minimal fat gain...but mainly in the lats, though my shoulders are coming along too now
