there are some days that i look fat...and other where i look pretty ripped...as far as my abs go anyway...im not sure whats up, maybe water inflation? i am using creatine, but it changes from day to day....any ideas?

Its probably a mind game. I dont think within a day or two your body could turn to fat, and then after you workout, your ripped.

You bodyweight will fluctuate by several pounds depending on your diet. It's just water retention. Drink and eat more consistently.

Definitely have to agree with this. If you really wanted to get picky, just weight yourself at the same time every day just to see how much your weight really fluctuates. I've heard it can change up to 5 lbs!

My wieght jumps on me constantly. That is why I weigh once a week now, because I was going nuts before when I did it every day.
