fat burners - Saturday, September 03, 2005 8:12 PM
do you recommend fat burners?  i've reached a plateau in my dieting and i'm not losing any more weight, but i still have belly fat, not a lot but it is noticable.  would taking these help me get rid of that?  i diet, lift, and do cardio.

LOL so true there blue!
CHANGE UP YOUR DIET!
NO, dont quit, keep working hard.  Don't take the easy way out, stay on the treadmill and sticking to your diet and your bound to lose weight.  Fat loss pills just mess with your metabolism and that is something you dont want to mess around with.

I just laugh at fat burners, because I think they're all BS. I just think that you have to keep at it, and over time, you burn that little bit of fat.

fat burners, IMHO, = snake oil.  More expense and potential for problems than they're worth.
