i know protiein and carb timing are important but what if i just took in all my fat for the day in one meal. Just sit down with a jar of nati pb and eat like half of it. Im just wondering because alot of diets and stuff will say to eat almost all your fat before bed it just doesnt seem as important to spread it out throughout the day.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

You should be getting carbs, protein, fat in every meal. The point isn't just to get a certain number of calories in a day with a certain ratio . Timing is important.
