fat timing - Friday, April 17, 2009 6:19 PM ( #1 )
i know protiein and carb timing are important but what if i just took in all my fat for the day in one meal.  Just sit down with a jar of nati pb and eat like half of it.

Im just wondering because alot of diets and stuff will say to eat almost all your fat before bed it just doesnt seem as important to spread it out throughout the day.

Ive never heard that before. You should be getting carbs, protein, fat in every meal. The point isn't just to get a certain number of calories in a day with a certain ratio . Timing is important.

Me too. Specifically when it comes to the digestion of raw vegetables. A little fat makes them digest, and the vitamins and minerals absorb, more easily.
