fat burners, estrogen in tofu

hi,
i am 42, 5ft 7inches, weighing 78 kgs with reasonably good body. doing weights for 2yrs. can u suggest some safe fat burners w/o screwing up my liver and kidneys.
does tofu elevate estrogen levels and increase fat levels,being vegetarian i rely mostly on tofu for protiens in addition to whey. can i still have soya products w/o hesitation.
weight lifting leads to hernia, is this a myth.what r the best precautions.
pl advise me
