I want to do a 3 day juice fast because of certain health benefits i've read about fasting.

Do you think I would lose any muscle in just a short 3 day fast? maybe i'll take 1 whey shake a day just incase?
I don't plan on working out in these 3 days for obvious reasons.

No you wont lose much muscle just alot of water which may give you the dehydrated look like you lost muscle.
 
 But im sure when you hit the gym on day 4 or 5 you will probably be the same.
