Ok what your doing is definatley unhealthy. Not eating slows your metabolism which in turn will make you gain more weight. Taking hydroxycut will make you loose weight with time not in a week. Quickest way to lose weight is drop water weight. You could take water pills, run with sweats and a hoodie on, just drop water. I don't reccomend the water pills but it is a possible way that is quick just you could seriously dehydrate yourself

if you want to lose 5lbs in one week then stop eating carbs. if you don't eat carbs your body will burn its remaining glycogen storage, which weights about 1 pound. glycogen is attracted to water and when you use it all up you will also pee out 4 lbs of water, which means you will lose 5lbs. the lose the remaining weight you can go on a diet, reduce your caliore intake by 300-500cal and increase your energy output. however you may only lose .5 to 2lbs(thats normal healthy weight lose for one week, fyi.) also when not eating any carbs your body will break down your muslce and convert it to glucose(the only sorce of energy your brain can use) honestly tho trying to lose that much weight is very unhealthy. it will reak havoc on your heart and internal orangs. you may think your so young you can't have any of those problem, but it will increase cardiac dieases and their are many other health factors further down the line. edit, i'd talk to your coach. fyi a coach doesn't need to take any nutiran courses, or really any science classes. he doesn't know the full effect that his/her training does on your body, unless they have a docteriate degree or are a regiestered dietian or something like that. do you even know if your coach has any qualifactions or what school they went too? ou should be able to wresle, somebody, even if your 159lbs.
